Welcoming Matthew to the Agon Systems team

We’re delighted to welcome Matthew Chamberlain to our team.

Matthew joined our expanding team at the beginning of 2022 to provide engineering support for our EAS systems.

Matthew started his career in engineering back in 2009 when he joined a precision machined component manufacturer. He began as a forklift driver before working his way up to become their Production and Logistics Manager.

Looking for a new challenge, Matthew moved to a self-employed role working on EAS systems. We’re always searching for talented engineers and discovered Matthew through LinkedIn. We offered him the opportunity to come and work for Agon Systems.

Since joining us, Matthew has been assisting clients across the UK and Europe, providing maintenance and installation services. He’s supported at home by his wife and two daughters.

One of Matthew’s many qualities is his desire to learn, and not just for his job – he’s currently teaching himself the Python computer programming language in his spare time.

Matthew is “more than happy” about his move to Agon Systems and we look forward to many years of having him as part of the team.
